Adds in a custom ship that mimics the Domain Mothership.
Ship is not automated, and needs crew and human captain/officer.
Currently it is only available via console command and/or blueprint.

Positives-
Incredible amount of hull integrity, and great armor.
Targeting Supercomputer built in. (Increases ballistic and energy weapons range by 250%, however Point Defense only gets a 60% bonus)

Only 4 medium weapons for it’s size (2 energy, 2 ballistic), and 12 small energy weapon slots.

Overall,
S-Tier tanking, potential PD capability, and fighter bay amount,
F-Tier *** for everything else.
I got most of the numbers from adding the mothership and all of the attachments together and accounting for the guidelines, so let me know if bits are too OP or anything.

Do you think it would be possible to turn an actual station into a ship and move a colony around? While keeping its functions as a station but be able to add it to a fleet and move it around wherever?
I think it’s possible to turn a station into a ship, but I don’t think functionality would be kept. If a station was in your fleet, how would you interact with it to enter it? normally you’d have to land on it, but how can you land on something in your fleet?

Yea, maybe. I don’t know much on how stations are handled ingame, so I can’t really say.
well in theory, it could be easy i think since console command does something like this.
If you type storage, it open the abandoned terraforming station anywhere you are.
Now, the problem would be the balance and being able to leave it around a planet to exploit.

I don’t usually have carriers, so let me know if 8 fighter bays is way too much. It just makes sense to me since it’s so massive, it would have the space for them.
Nice would be nice to have the old girl in Hegemony, Church and Pirate Colors as well.
It could be a good idea to also have salvage gantry since the mothership was created to be self-sufficient for thousand of year and create probe.
I seem to have missed the bit of it being something that needs console command spawned in and I feel a tad dumb for only now noticing. Either way I feel that perhaps making it also have a chance as spawning in as a random
Derelict would be a nice help along.
It’s just a thought with the only flavor lore I can think of off the top of my head being a “A redesign of the Domain Mothership that would take on a crew rather than being purely automated, the vessel seems entirely abandoned for unknown reason’s.” and probably have a few D mods to make it not a broken as could be fine spawn ontop of it as well.
